Kaori was looking to pivot from live coaching to online courses. So, she built an online course in Japanese teaching Japanese clients English speaking and communication skills.

What inspired you to get into knowledge commerce?

I was providing my coaching service online, but it was 100% customizable content. Everyone had a different purpose, so every time I created a new curriculum I hit the wall. So I narrowed down my niche and created the online course on �ڰ������� that all my clients take.

What did you do first in �ڰ�������? 

I created a course and started using the email function.

When did you launch your first digital product?

March 2021, two months after I signed up on �ڰ�������.

How do you promote your online course? What’s been the most successful marketing method for you?

I hold a workshop monthly or a few times in a couple of months. I offer my service at the end of the workshop. Also, after the workshop, I continue promoting via email.

Recently I created a webinar pipeline using �ڰ�������. So hopefully this evergreen webinar funnel works well!

What difficulties or setbacks have you experienced since signing up? If so, how did you overcome them?

I am all about how I can get new prospects with less time. Personally, promotion is not my favorite thing, so every time I try to test what works better for me. I am just trying to find the best way for me.

What milestones or accomplishments have you reached on �ڰ�������? 

In 2021, I was able to earn almost $100,000 using �ڰ�������. Using online courses really saved up my time significantly. I also taught Japanese entrepreneurs how to use �ڰ�������! I created three courses in 2021 that can go hands free from me. So I am polishing these courses and am ready to launch a new one.

What other takeaways do you have from your first year using �ڰ�������?

I was able to let go of a lot of my work. Online courses saved tons of my time. Email funnels and landing pages on �ڰ������� are like my best friend/assistant now. I was literally trying to do everything, but by using �ڰ�������, you can have more time to work on growing your business.

What do you plan to do in 2022 related to �ڰ������� and building your knowledge business?

I recently created a webinar pipeline so I will continue making this evergreen system better. I will also create two mini courses on �ڰ������� that I can use as a front-end product. The more I use �ڰ�������, the more I can do with �ڰ������� to scale my business, so you just gotta use your hands to try it!

Do you have any other advice for new �ڰ������� Heroes?

Try and create! There are so many things you can do to scale your business using �ڰ�������, but if you don't really log in and do something, you won't be able to find them out. So even if you don't like systems and tech, just try using one or two functions.

As a single mom, my time and energy are really important. I would like to create a business system where I don't need to be present 24/7. �ڰ������� is the way to make that possible. I don't even need an assistant! �ڰ������� is my assistant.
